Awe Tom,
Everyone has said everything, I'm kind of speechless. BUT..... I CAN say this ~ YOU were instrumental in teaching me how to use my Lot-O! Granted, I did change up the recipe to that which worked for me, but the most amazing results that I have achieved has been because of your coaching. I admire you and appreciate you more than you know!!!
Awesome tut and great results!

Don,,,, Thanks but,,,,, What you forgot to mention is your generosity in sending me that 60/90 grit for last years tumbling competition when I was down and out of money to buy it!!!! If it wasn't for you I would have never even got those rocks roughed in never mind place 2nd!
You aint to shabby in the "giving department" either fella!

Krystee,,,, Thanks,,,, I'm VERY happy to hear that you found your own recipe for the L-O-T! I tried to write a sort of generic recipe just to get folks going without going into too much detail so it would be easy to follow in hope that folks like you would kind of "refine" it to fit your needs.
I still modify it as I go along but the basics are still there.
Glad to be of help to you!

wildace,,, Thanks,,, I used to be scared that I would mess up some rocks I wanted to tumble but found that when I got to a point where I didn't know what to do with them I put them in a "clear' container on a shelf. After I learned more I would take them off the shelf and give it another try. Sometimes they ended up back on the shelf and other times they actually got polished!
Don't tell anyone but it's still pretty crowded up on that shelf! LOL
Point being,,,we are ALWAYS learning!!
Good luck,,,
