Folks, the state of this state contest is over, which leaves me in a state of joy and sorrow because it sure was fun, but, simply stated... we have a winner! So far, as the map in our back window shows, we have been to/through 36 states.  Kasag guessed it. Guess that's a lesson to the rest of us to never give up and always give it one last try... Gary, shoot me your address. Thanks to all who played, and thanks for the fun! Don't worry, I'll have another one again, because as soon as the bucket goes down, it gets filled again, LOL.  Jo |

You visited so many states, and yet I've been in a state you weren't into: Nebraska! Haha... so when are ya coming back to see the rest of the states? ;D Well... it's all relative, when you scoot around like this, you miss out on some important things like a sense of security and knowing where you'll be and what your going to be doing the next day. Oh well, we'll slow down sometime soon, I'm sure. Thanks! |

Hi Krystee, when my BF/partner Bill retired a few years ago, we rented an RV and did 7000 miles in a month doing a loop and seeing several National Parks, just to see if we really wanted to do this for real. So, after two harrowing years of decluttering and selling the house, we put what we had left in storage and headed out last June. So, to answer your question, these states are a compilation of that first month-long trip and our travels since June 25th. It's been a hoot!
Gary, your prize package was mailed out yesterday and it's on its way! Jo
