Well, thanks to the generosity of two RTH'ers I have made some cabs. Rockhobbit and Amyk you both rock!! After a lesson by rockhobbit, I made some on her genie. Here they are: Wendon Marble Green Moss Agate Another Wendon marble Montana Agate Unknown jasper And then, Amyk gave me a cabbing lesson on her equipment... (might I say she has quite the set up including a raincoat for rock snot...lol) Snowflake Agate - one of Amy's preforms Another Snowflake Agate from Amy's preforms Thank you two so much for your patience in teaching me and your guidance plus for letting me use your equipment. You have no idea how happy you have made this rockhound. ;D

Great job! Be careful as cabbing is a slippery slope

Diane, you did an amazing job on these and you have two great teachers. I was also fortunate enough to find an RTHer in MA who was willing to teach me on hers. So I know how you feel. Nothing like having an expert sitting right beside you.
Now just keep your eyes peeled for that cabber that is meant to be yours because it is out there somewhere.

Thank you all. It was such a great thrill to be able to make cabs and I am eternally grateful to the two great RTH ladies who made that possible. Yep, I know, it's a slippery slope but what a great ride down that slope...lol. Ed, you know Wickenburg isn't that far from you and Gold Rush Days is this weekend. Never know who you might see there...lol. It is so great hearing all these compliments and I'll try not to let them go to my head LOL Thanks again everyone.
