Sounds like a great trip. Glad you and your son could share some quality rockhounding and camping. That trailer is pretty cool. Those pictures are great, thanks for sharing.

Awesome trip Brian! I love that old travel trailer. They knew how to make 'em in those days.

Thanks Mark, PM sent!! Yeah a bit too late for sunblock.. some aloe vera would be nice LOL! Snuffy, the only shade trees out there turned to stone a while back Curt I agree, they don't make trailers like that any more. It's a 1948. Funny thing the license plate I found is 1949.. and no I didn't cop it off the trailer.. heh! Thanks Diane, Todd and Mel!

What a beautiful rockhounding trip, Brian. Good quality finds, and even more, great quality time spent with your son. I can see the rockhound's grin on his face while holding that rainbow pet wood

Brian, It's great that you and your son got to spend that time doing what you both love. His handsome face with the rainbow wood shows he loves it as well. Also hauling 50 lbs out is a good indication that you and he desperately wanted your great finds. Thanks for taking us along, I loved the trip.
