Yup, these have the zerks. Jake, the shaft material is very strong zinc-steel. My old tumbler ran with these shafts with no bearings for months with just a 5/8 ID zinc tube and a shot of oil every 3-4 days. I run 15-20lbs barrels on them and they're still straight as an arrow. Quartz, I'm still figuring our what to put on the shafts for rollers and how to apply it. Thanks guys!

The best mtl. of choice for roller shaft liner, mine and others, is [from what I've read here] hose with nylon braiding in it. This braiding is visible by looking at the hose. Some goes over the shaft fairly easily, some harder. I lube it a little w/vegetable oil, just a finger full spread on the shaft. I have used drip irrigation tubing on 1/2" shafts for small tumblers, holds up well.
