That's pretty amazing that they all came out that different. Great piece. I'm amazed at how the fire shows up with each angle. Impressive, Christopher! Paul

So I had to wipe the drool from my screen with those - how lovely!! Question for you: what do end up using to put a shine on the matrix? I have one piece very similar to yours but I not really sure how to get the matrix shiny.... Or really does it matter?
Thanks for posting...

This is new material from this years labor. This particular matrix Rhyolite is very hard and takes a killer polish. No need for extra steps or care like in some of the past years harvest. This matrix is HARD all the way through and takes a killer polish!!

Sure you didn't put LED Xmas lights behind a clear piece of agate?!?! That is one nice opal. Fire is an understatement. Job well done Mr Anthony.

Very nice. Those colors are sweet. More colors than a mood ring.

What a piece! It has all the colors in there, depending where you look at it from. Truly amazing.
