Jean, I just looked at them on Ebay. Lot more expensive now than what I paid for mine years ago. I want to get about a dozen with longer jaws. But not at their crazy prices.

Sorry folks. I really didn't expect the guessing game to end as quick as it did. Who'd a thunk someone else would have one of these rather obscure tools ? In this day of everything being done by computerized robots, these tools are hardly used anymore. Oh well, Again comgrats to Jean.
That's it folks, until I have time to dig through boxes ( tool and other boxes ) for another object to tease your brains with.

Don, is this the one you're talking about on eBay? motors.shop.ebay.com/Parts-Accessories-/6028/i.html?_nkw=Cleco+Pliers+Clamps There's only four of the clamps, though, two each of two sizes. I don't think $60 for all that is that expensive. But if you think of it this way - paying $60 plus shipping, and only getting two of the longer clamps would be a little high. I'd hate to think what they cost new, especially what the aircraft assembly plants had to pay for them! I'd tell you I'd keep my eyes open for some for you, but I have to admit, I think my husband would take first dibs, since he doesn't have any yet! Jean

Thanks, Don. I'll show it to him when he gets home after work and then his walk. Jean
