Was this comment necessary?? Why not? He has an unhappy customer and refused to do anything to help me. This thread is and will continue to kill deals because the truth is here for everyone to see. I was simply pointing out he'd be farther ahead if he had refunded my money and started anew. Actually is was his posting that brought the activity to me. I got a message from another lost client, thanking me for my bad guy report. That put the lost orders over my $140 I feel I was ripped off for. That is the reason for the timing. Been there done that got the Tshirt. I dont expect him to change his colors. I have heard enough lies. No need to subject myself to more. You are totally correct. It is truly bad form to advertise something as blue in so many ways with so many adjectives; and then steal the clients' money by not shipping blue stones. I agree, this is totally bad form. Not once has anyone who defends him, said that my complaint was not valid. Either folks have said my complaint is valid or just sided with him ignoring the theft. I feel I should have received blue stones and did not. I was mislead. Hey Kris, wanna stand behind your product? Wanna keep promises you made? You still can. Just refund send a box of materials worth $140 and I'll publish a report here. You have my address.

Alright, here's my take on this: We all know that there is variability in the "blue G", colors and patterns ranging from brown, green, "blue-ish" and then "robins egg" blue. When you placed your initial order with Kris, did you specifically request his top grade, "robin's egg blue" material, or did you just ask for good, solid material with specific dimensions for sphere making? Actually, when I placed my order this was not known. Please read my first post in this thread. The ad described blues and pools of gem silicas and so on. I placed the order and Kris remarked he'd send me a box of his best material for sphere making. I got muddy stones. Let me be clear. I HAD NO CLUE BLUE G CAME IN ANY COLOR OTHER THAN BLUE. His marketing has changed as a result of this thread. He clearly knows he did wrong or he would not have changed his marketing. Personally, I would not buy based on his current descriptions, but I was not able to benefit from this knowledge back then. My complaint is not exactly about the material. My complaint is about the lies and misleading marketing.

i must admit I took advantage of Kris at H2M Mining when the offer of some test material was made and I am TOTALLY satisfied with it, so much in fact that I ordered another mfrb of material to look at some of the other material; then ordering another mfrb after that. People have different tastes and if the stone was a little different in colour but of the gem quality it is; goes with the variance in the colour of the material, it didn't bother me as there is really no standard set for this stuff yet. The communication and material I have recieved have all been first class and I would happily let H2M Mining supply me with hundreds of pounds of material, sight unseen, if i could grind it up fast enough :<)))) Keep up the good work guys.

The point where a legitimate (?) customer complaint became a nasty vendetta has come and gone. Anything more is just cheap attacks. I am happy with the sample box I got from Kris. I know others who are happy campers as well. I wish nothing but the best for both of you. Time to move on. Lee

As it is, I must send notes of apology to good customers for not filling their orders today, due to the time required by this reply. Takes you a full day to type a few sentences? You must work for the government.

My simple reason for not displaying links, or quoting text, is ... I live in California, the State of Litigation. So, in light of this threatening attempt to defame us, we will allow you 24 hours to remove this post, and post a simple apology. After that time, we will report your posts and behavior to the Administrators and moderators, and contact our legal counsel about possible legal action. BAHAHAHAHAHA What a jackass.

Thanks, guys. It's a pleasure to do business with you, and your appreciation of the Blue G is greatly appreciated! We're looking forward to a great New Year, and hope it brings much pleasure and good health to everyone. Merry Christmas! Kris
