These stones were found near Lake Champlain by a rock wall. Could they be hematite concretions. Thanks!

Hi, Paul! I checked out your post and researched them out of curiosity since I had been looking at the Glacier Stone concretions aka Fairy Stones from Canada earlier this morning. There are some clay button-like concretions found near Button Bay that look similar to one of yours and the concretions from Canada. www.vtstateparks.com/pdfs/buttonbay_geo.pdf Read that some of the concretions found at Lake Champlain are ferromagnetic concretions (magnetite). Hope someone can identifiy them for you. Pretty cool finds!!
