Hey! Hey! Hey!!! Arrived home from work today to a box full of beautiful cabs and a great wrap from our World Famous, Hub! (It's wonderful, Hub, and if I can get it away from my daughter, I'll be wearing it to work tomorrow!) I'll be posting photos tomorrow night as the phone call with the tax guy took most of the evening... He had a few nips before he called, you see, and was very talkative.... I'm sure that's something I'll be regretting when the bill arrives. In any event, I wanted to let all know that it is here, safe and sound and it's going to be very difficult to choose, what to wrap and what to send along!

An unknown....
Beautiful Deschutes from Susan A Pet Wood from Susan A gorgeous Gold Sheen Obsidian from Susan And, a Navajo Splash from Susan And a gorgeous pendant from Hub! It's going to be difficult to pick and replace on all of this as they are all incredible pieces. I'm hoping to be posting on Sunday night with what I will be taking out.... Stay tuned!

Hub's wrap is beautiful! I wondered after I sent the cabs if they were thick enough to groove wrap--obviously I worried for nothing. Cathy, you got a great wrap, and a slab that has motivated me to take a trip to Ellensberg. I can't wait to see what you do!

Hug, that's gorgeous! Love the rustic metal! I'll have to jump in the next Roaming Wire! I'm just trying to get through this school year, it's a tough one. I'll keep checking back to see all the fun!

Cathy, you did an excellent job of photographing that gold sheen! I sure couldn't do it--must be (partially) the excitement of that gorgeous wrap from Hub.

Okay, photo attempts again. -enter fuzzy interference who doesn't believe me when I tell her rocks don't taste good- -Daisy selecting my stone for me- -the cabs with wrap in the middle- -the wrap (YAY! did she know I was a fossil fan?!)- -the one Daisy selected for me to keep- -the mookaite Jasper I added (this collection needed some serious color!)- -the species unknown I decided to wrap (I'm guessing some sort of agate, it has that texture, but more importantly to me it has hints of purple)-

Outside of fossils I'm normally a bright color stone person, so it wasn't *too* hard-the dolmite grabbed me right away, but as you can see I had someone cute and fuzzy assisting me in my choice (And the climbing all over me when I insisted on taking all these photos of things that didn't even taste good...)
