Went to a garage sale. Came home with a big, heavy duty plastic milk crate full of these left over pieces of granite counter top. Now what?
I figured a few cabs, maybe a ring, magnets, and some coasters. Anything else? Thanks, Pat

Thanks, Dicky. Good use if you have lots of ugly ones! I want to make decorative somethings with these.

How about desk sets - you know, pen/business card holder/clock-type stuff?
Kitchen trivets?
Picture frames/shadow boxes?
If you keep them around long enough, they will eventually tell you what they want to be (or at least that's my experience).
Best regards, Jack

PIZZA STONES!!!! Try this: cut a hunk a couple inches shorter and narrower than the size of your propane grill's grill. Turn the flames on the highest possible, preheat 15-20 minutes. Make yourself some pizza dough, decorate any way you want then put the fresh pizza on the stone for about 4-4.5 minutes. It will be the best pizza you ever had! Here is my pizza dough recipe. scottsolar.com/pizza-dough-from-scratch/

Jack, thanks for all the possibilities. I agree that after time, I'll know what they want to be--- or it will dawn on me what would be a good project.
I am also giving some to friends.
Scott, I really like your idea, and the recipe looks tasty. Will try it. Thanks!
