Tommy, there is awesome comradere here on these boards and especialy the roaming wire. Tela is 100% right. This is not about competition , it's about fun. And along the way there just might be a bit of confidence boost !!

I hope I am not too late. What is today? July 31. WooHoo I got in just under the wire. Pun intended. I am sure glad that July has 31 days. Like magpie I do not have much of a life so you can put me in anywhere. Back surgery sometime but it should not be a problem unless I do not wake up. In that case I will need to be dropped. I can not wrap when it is that dark. lol

Ha ha ha, Jim I've got you on the list! Don't worry, I just put a date so anyone interested actually signs up quickly so I have a good list. I'll usually add people until about halfway through the game. Sorry about my absence guys, I've just been crazy busy lately but Tammy, the package did get put in the mail yesterday and should be to you before Wednesday! I hope that's enough time for you! Amy! This sounds like fun. Will the pictures be posted in this thread? I'm too much of a newbie to risk jumping in, but I sure enjoy looking at the photos of everyone's work. And I agree with cccbock. Such a cool idea and what a special board this is.

I received the package yesterday, Tuesday the 6th, and was it ever filled with an out of this world Orbital Ocean Jasper!!! Well if you don't believe me, here is a photo of this awesome piece.  Here is a group photo of the four cabs that she included as well,  The cabs I received are, starting at the upper left and going clockwise are, an Amethyst teardrop 
an irregular Crazy Lace Agate  another irregular Kyanite  and a larger shield? of Grey Bull, Wyoming Jasper  Each and everyone of these are absolutely outstanding!!! I will mail the package to Amy K. tomorrow, hope you like it. Thank you for letting me join such an enjoyable group. Tammy |

Hey guys, so where's the package at? I'm headed off on vacation pretty soon, should have internet access but probably won't check as often as when I'm home.
I also want to let you know I'm having surgery on my right wrist on September 4th, so I'm not sure how my typing skills will be afterwards, is there anyone willing to have a copy of the list just in case I come out without being able to type for a while? They told me a cast for 6 weeks and a splint for 2 weeks after that. I'm pretty sure I'll be okay but I don't want to delay the game just because I'm having wrist issues.
