I love concept cars! If I had an extra mil and a half I would like this modern take on the 50's lines.

A big vintage attack going on in Atlanta. I tried to sell Dad's(now my) 1981 Honda 750. They would not give me $900. And it has very low miles. I chopped it off and made a bobber out of it to mess w/his head. Sold most of the parts to pay for new seat and LED run lights. I cut the handlebars, pipes(w/baffles installed) and the buttocks off. Now I have turned down $4000 on couple of occasions. Ride it a lot

ell no. I get more attention from that thing than anything else I do. The baffles give it $3000 sound. The rest is barely worth $1000. Redid the jets/carbs w/ baffle it is quite a quicky now. Vintage Rust oleum orange paint on the tank. Kryo 2200F on pipes. Paint turns yellow at hot spots telling on a lean cylinder-yea. Inflatable fits on back.

Just don't slide off the seat doing a wheelie - unless you want to change genders!

Ok, now that's an impressive looking bike, not sure what it is I like about it, but I like it:)... where did you find that seat??? It looks smaller than a bicycle seat!!!

It would be a quick and painful gender change tk. But recovery would take a long time.
It was designed after a pitbull Helen. Big tank, big engine, big instrument cluster, pipes and tank painted to accentuate chunky front end.
Then a tiny seat, tail light, rear fender removal to give effect of small butt. My design and my chop. A whole $200 and 5 days tinkering.
Glad it appeals to you.

LMAO!!! You chose a tiny seat to minimize the look of a big butt??
That's like wearing a teeny bikini to look thinner... somehow I don't think it quite works that way...
On the bike, the 'off' balance somehow adds to the interesting factor, after all, the point of the modification is to make you look, and people will look... (and wonder exactly what Tom did)

I have a '55 Chevy does that count? It's in the shop now (not mine) having various work done on it. Not a stock car. Had it up to around 120mph last sat night, put in new gas assuming rust broke lose so they are taking the tank off and doing other work as well. It's a driver not a showcar. No pics at the moment ill get it back in a couple or 3 weeks maybe.
Boring sat night, had a bad cold for 3 days now. Neighbors keep bugging me to come over told them no im still sick. Just now starting to feel good no sense going and getting drunk and then being down again tomorrow.

I would in a second if I could get 1980-82 models in good shape. Also old Gold wings make sexy bobbers with exaggerated bulldogishness. Vintage is rising in price rapidly.

Which one are we talking about here? I think with that tiny seat, I'd be very afraid of a hot exhaust system. Especially if I was made of vinyl, LOL! Cool bike. I see what you mean about the bull dog look. I used to have a dirt bike, a 1978 or so Yamaha 175cc IT for riding in the desert. It was a lot of fun.

James, it's been awhile. Ten years? Fifteen, more? I'm not sure. I'm gonna say at least ten, because once we got the 4X4 truck (it's a 2003), I drive that around now. Stylin' in the cushy seat, with the A/C and CD going... sweet. Oh, and the dog rides with me, too. I've never ridden on the street in town, only offroad. The streets are brutal out here for bike riders.
My bike got put away in a shed for years. The boost we used caused the tank to crack. Sat for a few more years. Finally sold it to my brother for $100. Told him I had to get something for it, after paying registration on it all those years. Now it's sitting under a tarp in my dad's backyard...

We got to get you another bike. I see a modern 2 stroke super fast on steroids just for you. I wish I had that 175. Vintage bikes are the rave. Thousands in urban Atlanta. Just think Jean that was over 35 years ago. 35 years ago. 35 years ago. Did I say that already? 35 years ago(for the exit)
