Looks like Chapinite or China Siding material although less colorful than what I'm used to seeing. Very similar chapinite type brecciated material occurs in the Hector Hills and it falls more into the color category your specimen exhibits.....Mel

I agree with Mel. Chapinite. Not sure which source tho. Sure not Camp Irwin material.
