wow, what a show. of course I love all the lace agates and moss agates but that very first turitella really impressed me. I don't have much luck tumbling that stuff but maybe I need a a higher grade that's more stable. Mine always ends up lumpy/rough as some parts grind away at a different rate then others.

It looks like I might get a chance to cut today. Got to feed that vib. The slabs are from eBay , but I think he or she might be a member.

That is a mind boggling display. Thanks for the show! Does anyone else see the fossil rattlesnake rattle in this one?

The word prolific comes to my mind. WOW!!! You have some great cabs in there and I really like the hearts (of course).
Did you do all of these in 1 batch?
Were these cut and go into a vibe or were they shaped on a wheel?
Thanks for sharing. I must have spent 10 minutes just looking at them all

Hello Bill, Yes these are all from one batch. I cut them with the tile saw and then a quick shape on the flat lap . And then in the vib. I start with 120 for 4 or 5 days then a quick soap and back to 4 days in 120 again then soap and then 500 for 4 days then soap and off to polish. I never can get the shine to show up in the photos. Some I will wrap and most I just will place a round my pool for landscaping. I go to the lake and place them around and watch people pick them up. Its fun to see peoples faces when they pick them up. I always like your hearts as well. My wife has told me enough with the hearts already so I try to make a few other shapes. I did not get a chance to cut any more yet. I need to take a day off work. One day I hope to get a genie to make real cabs . I know I can make them with the flat top ,but changing the grinding disks are a pain and I am I bit lazy.
