I posted last week about getting this large order for wine stoppers. I got them all finished up today and had fun taking the photos. The customer wants a note inside each box describing the type of rock and a little about our process so my son will take care of that part for me. I am ready for a break and glad to get theses done. Here's the whole batch (51 in total) And here they are 3 at a time Picture Jasper 2 brazillian agates and one lizard stone (from Arizona I think) Green moss agate and snake print jaspers snake print jasper green moss agate and two geode slices brazillian agates snake print jasper and kona dolomite kona dolomite kona dolomite and pudding stone and the rest are pudding stones Thanks for looking Chuck

Holly molly dude I think you made the record book. And I did not see one flaw or scratch in the whole shebang. Superb job. Jim

Absolutely awesome. Great job but I wish u identied them for me:). I know about half of them, realy nice Chuck went back and labeled them as best I could. Would normally have done more variety but the customer wanted most to be from Michigan so thats why there is a bunch of the Kona and Pudding stones. Chuck

Sweet job, Chuck! They all look mighty shiny. I'm sure your client will be thrilled. Nice to have a job like that for some extra Christmas money.

Wow Chuck, these are wonderful. Are your hands tired now? Really well done, Deb My hands were fine with all the pudding stones, kona and snake print ones but I thought I would throw in a mix on the last 10 that included brazilian, green moss agate and some jaspers and those last 10 stoppers took about as long as all the rest combined and my hands were killing me. I actually still have two agates on the dop sticks that I gave up on. I needed 51 to complete orders and stopped at exactly 51, lol Chuck

Super work. How do you attach them to the stoppers? Bob Bob, the stoppers come with a chrome plated flat blade threaded into the stainless steel shaft and I use two part epoxy to attach the rock to the blade. Its a bit of a juggling act trying to keep them all straight and perfectly lined up until they set up. They tend to want to slide around when the glue is wet. I usually only glue about five at a time for that reason. chuck

I'm impressed that you can juggle five at a time. Can you post a video?
