James, Dang near! Had to set some aside to make it through Christmas. I have two more 5 gal. batches brewing now, one has been racked off for clearing/aging and will be ready to bottle off soon. Also still have enough pressed juice frozen for two more batches, will be starting another as soon as I bottle up this next batch.

Yes. The ultimate meds. Nectar of the apple orchard.
That's it. " Bill's Apple Orchard Nectar" or as well "Montana Flu Shot by Bill"

That sure brings back memories, good ones. I spent 15 months at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD when in Uncle Sam's Army. There were cider stands everywhere in late fall, and some of them had the "good stuff" under the counter. Everyone found their stand, who had the cider that they liked best. Did my Army train there too,had some of that under the counter spirits...Oh ya' thumbs up... The best I've had was moonshine my cousins make in Canada, mix it with orange juice.... My buddy in Montana was making spirits in his kitchen, put the ballons on the bottles and went to bed..About 3am they heard these load "POPS" going off,he ran into the kitchen and found that seven of the bottles exploded, they had juice all over the ceiling, counters tops, you name it,it was messed up... Had to clean it up and come to work the next morning,he was pooped!!! LMAO (We let him sleep in the trk for a couple hours),nobody the wiser...

I live too far south and too low in elevation to grow good apples. Dang.
Thanks for the heads up on the yeast.
