Ijust learned the blue quartzite Azul Macaubas is colored by dumortierite! It's color fast!! Hmmm... christopherl1234 based on your knowledge of the blue moganite, could the color be dumortierite? Alumnimum?? I think the color in the rock from Utah comes from lithium and copper

That's a nice photo of you, but I think of you as the guy in your avatar. Was thinking the same thing, even scrolled up to recall your Avatar. I like the red offering the best. You obviously got lots of huge boulders available at the show; how about your world record sized spehere-machine-project? You should be able to get parts for that at the show too?

Never had balut. Nor 100 year old eggs. Need to try the latter. Not so sure about the balut. The embryo has feathers and my mouth doesn't like fur or feathers in it.
After 25 years, my wife is still trying to get me to try Balut. I will resist that for as long as it takes. 1000 year eggs are not worse than tea-eggs. Just simple preserved eggs (first in soya-sauce and then in charcoal), nothing worse than preserved eggs in vinegar that most of you still know from back home. At most; these days, they are under one and a half year old.

Originally hardwood ash and now commercially sodium carbonate (says so right on the label). Some of those recipes include a measure of tea leaves for color.

I am glad that photoshopmagnifico Bill got a hold of 'the little girl in the corner'
Well done Bill. I thought she was photo shopped into the original photo. Like she is surreal.
You da Mam Scott

I did not say you are fat!!!!!! I said (sort of) you look thinner in the avatar which can translate to "are you ill, you look a little gaunt in your avatar?" Jim

My choice of counter top material is the green stuff. My Fiance and I are a bit partial to the color green.
