So glad you like it cccbock! Tela, I was trying to channel my 'inner Tela' because I know from the boards he's a big fan of your wraps. Yes, I did do a first wrap, full of twirls and whirls, and it just didn't 'feel' like it was right for the recipient! So I started over. Wireholic, it's boulder opal. I cabbed it from rough I got from Gene or 'oubla' who sells rough that he mines from his claims in Australia. If you're interested, from Fb I know he's been teasing us with pics and will probably put up some auctions this Sunday. Expensive, and amazing material!

Wow this sounds like fun. How often is it done? I would like to do it but I'm still learning how to wrap. I need more practice.

Hi Andrea, we do it pretty regularly, I'd say within a month or so of one finishing, another starts. We'd be happy to add you to the end of the list, it's all for fun and sharing. Let me know! Cccbock, how is it coming along? Post here to let us know when it's on it's way.

Ok….add me to the end of the list. That should give me a few months to practice.
Thanks!

I got the box yesterday along with two beautiful wraps and an explanation in advance from Chris that one had chipped while wrapping so he wrapped a second one. Both are beautiful and my wife declared the chip on the rutilated quartz is on the backside and barely noticeable as she claimed it so thank you Chris Regarding the cabs ... I've got fat fingers and I'm not very good at small cabs but I'll do my best heehee ... Damn ya'll didn't make it easy on me did ya? here's Chris' two wraps of Diana's beautiful rutilated quartz and boulder opal... And the cabochons including Chris' awesome picture jasper and green tree agate. What to wrap...what to wrap...

Hey everyone, I received the box from Tommy with an amazing wrap in it. I have been a little preoccupied with a family emergency so I will post photos and try to get it wrapped and send the new wrap to the next person on the list. Maybe Janx could send me her addy, so I will have it. Thank you Tommy, your piece is amazing and you used my favorite stone. Tammy So, now to end the suspense, without further ado, here are the photos. First, the amazing wrap, Labradorite in silver wire, not sure if it is silver colored wire or Sterling, maybe Tommy can comment on that. I do know that it is my favorite stone an a beautiful wrap and I love it. Thank you Tommy! Now a group photo of all of the cabs Now for inividuals, Lake Lahontan Jasper Wonder Stone Rhyolite Blue Lace Agate Crazy Lace Agate 4th of July Butte Agate Which one do I choose, which one do I choose?
