I never get tired of seeing that sphere. It does look out of this world. I think the stand fits it well.

WHOA!!!!!!! That is immensely, obscenely, crazy awesome! The stand works great with that alien creature. I don't recall seeing it before. Is that natural? Incredible!

Dito what 'I' just said. That workmanship is just flat out intergalactic.

That is way cool! Reminds me of the "eye" of HAL, the robot on 2001: A Space Odyssey - sorta.
I love the stand as well, excellent workmanship.

WOWWWZERS! The whole creation is truly amazing. What a museum piece! This is just one more example of how this forum leaves me in total amazement of what our Maker has hidden for us to find.

That is a super combination, really special sphere with a very fitting and original stand. Thanks for showing.

Jean stole my thunder: my first thought was Hal in the Clarke-Kubrick film. It's an amazing piece that'll probably be an heirloom attention-getter.

Dave Bowman: Open the pod bay doors, HAL.
HAL: I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.
