Wonderswell trip Brian! "Drove to the top and hiked down . . " at my age I have to do it the other way around - Drive to the bottom and hike up. I can slide or roll down if I have to. This folding wheelbarrow from Amazon.com sure helps to liberate a few rocks!

I read a customer review and found info on the tire -
Is the canvas part worth the price, or do we have to build the whole thing from scratch?

Arizona Black Rattlesnake. Same type we saw at worm track agate. thanks for the tour... really nice everything there. only thing missing was me!! That was my initial guess, but I recall the one you found had pink on it's back. Is that a regional thing.. or maybe how the sexes differ? Not gender. Prolly regional variation.
