OK, I'll play for the free jerky. But let me qualify by saying that I am not a football fan. In fact, I despise it. I haven't watched a football game since I-don't-know-when. Every year I have a tradition of getting as far away from all televisions as possible on Superbowl Sunday. Tomorrow I will be collecting agates while everyone is swilling beer and yelling at the TV.
That being said, I always like to tell my friends how the games will go just to mess with them (they all know of my disdain for the sport). About a month ago, while the playoffs were still underway, I told my friends it would be the Hawks and the Pats in the superbowl and the final score would be hawks 35, pats 28.
So I go the teams right before it was settled. Might as well stick with the score I guessed.

I would like to guess Pats 35 vs 31 hawks. Do you sell your jerky for all of the non winners? I've been known to sell jerky to rock hounds here on the boards. It's kind of expensive though because the cost of beef has gone up so much. 30 dollars from a gallon sized plastic bag plus shipping. If you go with pork, it's 25 dollars. Good stuff Maynard. Rick and I were cracking really 'bad' jokes this morning that UGA's ex-Offensive Coordinator, Mike Bobo, must have made that terrible call for the Seahawks. Seattle Seahawks 17 and New England Patriots 28............. Okay folks, this was a little tricky to select the winner. Fossilman was the winner because he came closest without going over. Sort of like the game show Price is Right. A couple of others were even closer but one of the scores was slightly over. Congratulations Fossilman and thank you all for playing.
