One other thing worth mentioning is that many (most?) here are used to paying for rock purchases using Paypal.
If you don't have a Paypal account already, I would recommend setting one up.
Having folks pay using the "gift" option avoids the Paypal fees.
Your being new here and selling will raise a few eyebrows. Figured I'd mention that because someone is bound to. Not "normal" for folks to join and start selling in such a short period of time.
If you seriously want to move that pile of rock, get a few completed transactions under your belt with your buyers responding that all went smoothly and the flood gates should open!
Nice looking shop and impressive rock pile ya got!

Have I said welcome to the forum yet? yer gonna fit in nicely here That's just plain wrong to show things so neat and organized! Half the fun of the hobby is "re discovering" things and wondering two things. Either why in the heck didn't I trash this years ago, or, Holy Crap! Why didn't I cut this already ?!?!?!? Oh, and what glue are you using to hold the heels on the 2X4's?

Prices range from $3 to $5 lb for the lesser grades and for the fancy agates were asking $9.00 lb. We also have a decent amount of larger agates that are killer. Lots of stuff going on inside that's screaming to come out lol Those of course are priced individually. I've got a picture of the room where some are kept, I'll upload them now.

Take (copy) the URL from your hosted picture. Like for this picture That URL is: 41.media.tumblr.com/4d8b87190f349751995c025e841780aa/tumblr_o1r5404DJQ1v6fapto1_1280.jpgthen type [ img] paste that URL here [ /img] so it looks like - [ img]http://41.media.tumblr.com/4d8b87190f349751995c025e841780aa/tumblr_o1r5404DJQ1v6fapto1_1280.jpg[/img ] (but close the spaces at the beginning and the end) Do this with NO open spaces and you will have posted your picture. OR...
find the little box above where you type your post that looks like a small picture. Hovering mouse over that icon it should read - Insert Image open that box and DELETE the http:// that is already on the line that reads Image URL THEN paste your picture's URL on that line and click Insert Image. Couple different ways to skin the same cat ...

~~BigSky~~, are those prices for slabs or for rough? I don't have a saw so I'd be interested in slabs. Do you do any cabbing yourself? Thank you for sharing pics your material! As you can tell by the level of interest already, we're pretty excited about it.

I'm using my cell phone to upload so there's no mouse etc. I will look further into this, just need a little extra time to do so.

Thanks micelluler!!! I'm blown away actually. This is what it's all about right? Excited is what I was hoping for. The slabs are sold rough and we price them accordingly. I'm going to work on getting a bunch of pictures uploaded in the next day or two. I wish I had a computer to work from but since I don't at the moment, I'll do my best to keep up. Bare with me lol

Dude, those MT aggie slabs are the bomb diggity! We totally need a price for slabs by the flat rates. Like what would a small flat rate of first class slabs be? Or, a medium flat rate box?

As far as selling the slabs per lb, I'm going go talk to Steve and see what he thinks. I guess I thought the prices would depend of the slab, color, design etc which we could always put them into groups, price each group etc if you have any suggestions, please share
