Maybe we should just get back to posting our photography. This thread started out so nice and innocent. The last thing I want to do was to arouse James. I'll get us back on track with a nice, cute jumping spider.

"Yes, it's taking on a dark and sinister atmosphere..."
Ok, let's move from the dark to the brighter side...

Ok, let's move from the dark to the brighter side... Love the black duck. Hated it's mated with a greenhead. What state are you in? New Jersey?

Love the black duck. Hated it's mated with a greenhead. What state are you in? New Jersey? Nope, Central Ky. Not sure what kind of duck the dark one is. It was lurking in the shadow and the camera couldn't get enough detail. Not that it would help me much, it's all duck to me.

This photo was made north of Santa Fe, NM last summer with the sun coming through a rain shower in the distance.

I dig all the insect pics. I often photograph them too, but I always end up wondering what neighbors think. Some crazy guy chasing an imaginary object, visible only to him, around the yard. Oh well, who cares what everybody else thinks, I'll take crazy.
And a frog for Jugglerguy

I have a bunch of dragonfly pictures. That second one is perfect. The third one is really good too.
