Oh man, I had to zoom in on all of them several times... Perfection! Not a bad rock in there, but 3, 12, and 15 were my favorites. Especially 3, just totally unique. Thanks! And I blame you for this:

Does photoshop have a "wet shine" option I didn't know about?

HOLY MOLLY!!!!!!!!! When I buy online, I usually get enough to tumble some, preform some, put some back for future cabbing (someday), and a little bit is saved to throw in on trades. IF I'm pretty sure it's decent material. No sense in paying shipping on it twice, or leaving empty space in a FRB.

Did I overdo it? Maybe... That is what I suspected, can't wait to see what you do with it. His post got me going too. This hobby is going to keep me broke! You guys are so good I want to buy new rough every time you post and I've only completed one batch so far.

My latest batch to roll out of the Lot O. This one had some new materials for me. Of course it doesn't seem so new after seeing it roll for a couple months.
New tumbler arriving tomorrow, my Lot O sits idle too often.
With a batch of smalls, do you mix in ceramic media or was there enough material to fill the lot-o barrel?

With a batch of smalls, do you mix in ceramic media or was there enough material to fill the lot-o barrel? Every batch is different, some with plenty of smalls, some not. Regardless, I always throw a handful of small ceramics in the Lot O before I add rocks. Depending on how many rocks I've got ready, I'll add more mixed ceramic size until it's fully loaded.

Oh wow, that's a big pile! Looks really similar in color to some of the chunks I broke up last week. Haven't had a chance to tumble any of it yet. Same here. When I find a material I like, I tend to buy the biggest chunk of it I can. Shipping is too much to buy in small quantities.

dottyt , it looks like bloodstone, but it is actually called fancy blood jasper and it came from Stone Age Industries. She has bloodstone also, but I've never got it, so someone else will have to tell us the difference.
Edit to add: I do find some nice depth and complex structure in the material I have. Not sure bloodstone has this.

Kinda late to the party, so all the good adjectives are used up...... Awesome batch! I love the Montana's / Blackskin's (2, 4, & 5) and the palm (11)!
Is that Malachite in your batch (group photo)? If so, how'd that go?
I must have missed it, but what kind of tumbler did you get?
Thanks for posting!!!!!

I've got some of your others coming out of rough grind soon. You are the only one to note the Malachite in that pic. It sort of stands out like a sore thumb to me. I have couple more small pieces to do something with. It didn't take a wet shine, but more of a satin gloss. I will probably try to work it by hand a little to see if I can get any more luster. It does make an interesting tumble, pretty neat pattern.
I got a QT66 Friday, so my capacity almost doubled. Now running the Lortone trifecta...33B, QT66 and QT12.
I keep looking for your next batch to come out, gotta be getting close don't we?

Blood stone and fancy jasper are the same thing, different looks, but same quarry. A member here JR Able is also a very good supplier for bloodstone. riverbendlapidaryriverbendlapidary.com/
