Well I just had my "NOT" moment. I had made a deal for an estate and was suppose to pick it up this morning. I cut my work short one day so I wouldn't miss it and hurried home. I got a call last night about bed time and was told by the guy sister that they wanted double what we had agreed on. He and his brother went on line and decided that they wanted almost new prices for the old equip. What the heck. I would tell them your offer was a lot price, and that if they want to piecemeal it out they still will probably not get there new asking price. That price would require them to clean up the equipment, repair anything broken, missing, or worn out, and then wait to sell it.

I made them an offer again just on the saw and told them to piece meal out the rest, that is what I actually need.
