Here are a few more slabs cut from the recent trips to the Cady Mountains. Most of the rough is only large enough for one or two cuts. The most I've gotten from one piece is 5 small slabs. I'm cutting most of this on a ten inch trim saw to get all the slabs I can. Reminds me of Turkish Needle Agate...I got several chunks of this, but only a couple are solid enough for cabbing. Very vuggy... I got 5 little slabbettes of this. Single cabbers... Onesies... Hope you enjoy. Thanks for looking. Craig

Man, you found some killer material. Photos 2, 4, 6, & 7 are winners. Makes me want to hound the Cadys. Lynn

Wow, those are eye poppers. It is sad that a lot of the sagenite type materials from the Cadys have hollows in those tubes because the colors sure are nice. Seen that same problem from the north Cadys too.....Mel

Seen that same problem from the north Cadys too.....Mel I haven't tried cabbing any of it yet. I'm a little concerned that it may pop apart. Seems solid, but some of the pieces are a little crumbly on the edges. Craig

Those blues are amazing. Never seen anything like those! The second one actually looks like it has green in it too, but did not show any in the picture. It might be an effect that the eye picks up with the blue and yellow. I have to say that the Cadys are famous for their reds, but I get more excited over the other colors. Craig
