8 inches X 7 1/2 . Saw is probably not quite big enough. . Do you know the Cold Mountain? Darn pretty for sure. Really unique. Bet that you do. Gemmy looking and solid. They look like this on the inside but this clump of pretty will probably show more color? Eggs are often more anticipated and loved before they are cut. Most eggs I pass on as gifts for that reason.. Saw might be a bit small. Patient but don't want to screw it up. Grin Thank you.. Wish I could get moved back to Oregon but stuck tight until Isell the nursery. Need any flowering shrubs? Im giving away lfrb of my left over 4 inch shrub liners free and I pay the shipping on the first box. Will dump the left overs in a couple days. Have thousands of forsythias, hydrangea Annabelle, spireas, butterfly bushes, etc. Thanks for responding and pm me your addie if you want any shrubs.. Have already send a bunch. Better to get some good out of them.

Have to see what Tammy likes with the greener..(she is at work now)... Yeah cant go over the boss's head. Got some English Walnut tree seedlings a ft tall or so if you could use a couple. Be hardy there. Carpathian type. The mother tree grows at the nursery Got 400 pounds off her last year. Could send you some nuts(or seed) plant them this fall and by June next year have a whole row.. Will be coming up on planting gallon and qt perennials for next year in a couple weeks or so. Will have extra perennials. All in 6 packs and can send a boat load in a LFRB. Smart spending time with your friends talking rock and the wife working. Should convert to a Mormon and get married a few more times. Get the whole team working. hehehe Go team go !! Too bad you couldn't have cut that one. Rare material and it would have been fun for you to see it open. Would get a tape and measure it accurately but tape is with the double 15 lb tumbler I'm building out in parking lot in between crises. grin the glamour of a business, Yawn..

MIKE, The brand name? you forgot? Brazilian.
The Sodaville agate was dug next door to Polly's digs. Rock hill rd. & oldsodaville rd.
The old stage coach on oldsodaville rd. had a newer ranch home built over the rock foundation, Carols B. place. South side of Polly's yard. a 3000 Lb. med. - dark carnelian agate with a quartz center. was dug up. Next to ditch / drainage Ken white, dug to drain the lower pastor into Pine Cr.
Ken has known me longer then i have. next to the ditch i dug a huge hole down about 6 ft. ( foot in photo 14 D. ) Me i'm 5' 18''. Dad lived on site. The hole turned into a huge ring with island in center. around the barn an many piles of all colors came from the area. radius of agate is under the cascades out to the con. shelf.
Iron content for color. blood red very rare. Though up on Chandler Mt. where the sedimentation is high in hematite.
best to know, about this material is its Translucence. when polished looks like glass.
down the road 12 miles is Holly Blue / Calapooia purple. I'm thankful mom drop me on rock in Lebanon,Oregon Thanks Mount Ida AR. thanks Stanley Family. We all have great rock hunting to find material. My Oregon back yard is the best...........
