Too late , already looked . I'm jealous of the chert flint stuff you got . Much more colorlyful than I got . Get a line on the free rocks from fernwood yet ? I'm halfway there , Dale too . You saw chert on my av?? That's chert on my back and pants on my av. But heard they re on fire. Yeah the flint Ridge stuff is so pretty. Have to dig around in the bottom of the pit of you'll end up with the plain gray stuff up higher. Can use a backhoe too. Nethers Farm. Ever seen the page to look at the stuff. Darn nice material I mooched some from Walt and its really colorful. Need to dedicate a few days to a week and really hit the place hard. Figure it out and dig it out.

No , saw the photo of the shirt I mean chert . I know a puddlestone from a shirt , quit it Dale , keeps interrupting the keys . Go dig out the flint ridge , drop it off at fernwoods place . Then we can have lots of free flint shirts . |

Course Dale and the imaginary friends and the rest of the posse would be atsometimes . silent partners. So who do we threaten to get our raises or rocks ? Have gun will travel . Might not need to threaten, If us and the posse ride into town and just hangout I bet people will give us money and a map to the next town. Don't have guns, being an anarchist and all. Just these rock hammers. Another of my hobbies is building rock hammers. From a stump to a bowl of tumble in one short burst. Have a bowling ball and am goin to make me some bowlerite. grin.

Living in the Rocky mountains warnt near enuff fer me. MAybe we get good at hijacking threads we can try planes next, fly in more rocks. Maybe not, too old fer prison sex. Did you know the fine print says "Non-Coed facility" My first week was awful then after I made the lil black dress out of toilet paper and shoe polish.. Ok guys Diane has posted this thread to attempt to 2 things. One is to sell slabs to fund some new tires. Second she is trying to give RTH members a chance at a great deal b4 she goes to ebay etc to sell the slabs. Yall are trash talking and cluttering up her thread. A humourous reply is one thing but yall are totally hijacking this thread. Yall be nice and polite and apologize to Diane please then go find your own sandbox to play in.
I request that Tommy or a moderator move Dianes legitimate portion of this thread to a new location and delete this one please.
I love to trash talk as much as the next guy but this is a hash up of a thread now. Thanks, Bill

Thanks Bill for the help although I think it's way past apologies, they need to send me rocks for free now...lol. Sheez, ya give a guy an inch and he takes the whole yardstick  I sold most all the boxes so if they want to play I'd rather they pick on me than to go find another target. Ok, you guys are having too much fun with the thread hijack, go ahead take over the thread but if Tommy comes in to kick butt I will deny any involvement in this. I can't even remember what I was gonna post in answer to you. Damn I hate it when that happens. In all the confusion I noticed I have one box left. Box #7 was unclaimed. Wigglinrocks can't have it because I already taped up his box and it's ready to go now. I'm going to have to start another thread just to sell one box, does that make you guys happy? LOL. This reminds me of my dog - he's a very well behaved boy, somewhat mouthy and a bit nippy at times but overall he's a well-behaved and great dog. Every now and then he will make a decision to say "eff it" and he'll grab a chair cushion or something similar, take it out into the yard, and just tear the living hell out of it. By the time we discover it he'll be standing in the yard with stuffing spread out all over the place, stuffing on his head probably - and the biggest cheese eating grin on his face. He knows he's in trouble but he's thinking DAMN that was fun. Thank you guys for reeling it in - and Cliff, you did the right thing by buying the lost last box. |
