I don't need any, but I would like to point out that the metal stamping tools are also good for stamping annealed metal. Maybe a metal worker would be interested.

Lots of vintage Navajo style jewelry utilizing vintage materials including Sleeping Beauty Turquoise and natural red coral. Made most of these or obtained the materials in the 1980's while living on the Navajo Nation and receiving guidance from locals. Also some Navajo made pieces I purchased while there. General Rocks Board?

Keeping the tools. Need to sell the others, which are snaps, rivets, belt buckles, connectors, etc. All 1960's new old stock.

Will do Ms Ferny.. Show us your treasures. Navajo huh? Story there I bet. Oh yes. I accepted a position on the Navajo Nation out of college. Embraced the minority status. Was trained and guided by my employees and the Foster Grandmas. Also became a "child" of the president of the Board where I worked. He was a Spiritual leader and chief Medicine Man for the Tribe. note that I was married and had a 1.5 year old child at the time. My daughter became the newest member if the "Navajo Nation". All who met her loved her. She also spent a lot of time in the desert with her babysitter, who spoke little english. Marlene would take my daughter to her parents house often. There were usually about 12 other similar age children there. My daughter learned that all people are the same. They accepted her wholeheartedly, despite her blonde hair. I often had to drive the hour to get where she was, Nazlini, after a long day. This is where I was introduced to the Pet Wood I now have. Considering the conditions of the house there, which 12 people lived in (400 sq ft of scrap lumber and tin), I often brought them needed supplies. They would order items and pay up front as well. Jewelry supplies from Gallup NM were the main ones. They could not afford to get there on their own. Food items and water were regulars. I was always paid for everything I brought. Also helped them sell many things and was gifted some. hey showed me many traditional techniques for jewelry making. The time on the Navajo Nation shaped who I have become.

I used to be big in potteries and would travel the Hopi lands. Famous Third Mesa potters like Fanny Nampeo. Great work. These days the Navajo are more into slips and poured forms for tourist grade potteries and the casinos. Have a friend, last name Apache who is a Navajo and his wife still does the old beading and sells at craft fares. He is a water consultant and travels the Western US working on different projects and stops by on his travels. Have some great white clay from that area.
