No we didn’t chalk only. It came off. Thank you for the clarification  I was prepared to take the photo down for your own protection. It's amazing how people's minds automatically assume the worst - I'm guilty of it too - I thought that was a sharp rock in her hand. Wonderful trip report thank you for taking us along. Makes me really want to go back to Utah as soon as possible - which is probably going to be a long while if our "big" trip next year is the Ohio meet and greet. BTW, you are like the energizer bunny hitting all those spots - I'm be dead on my feet after one or two. Very impressive. Oh we got tired Tommy. I left the last 2 days out because we were tired and went to the Natural History museum and Park City. Lots of pictures and shopping but not so many rocks 😂 Again... no sharp writing rocks. When we go on Sister Trips we always take chalk. You never know when you want to take a selfie with a little note in the back ground. Sorry for the confusion. It never even dawned on me to explain it. |

I read the reports backwards me thinks. LOL! Anyway, looks awesome! I'm so jealous that you got to spend time with 1dave. I'd love to pick his brain. Yes, you two have a ton of energy. I got tired just reading it all. My dynamic duo with DH carried chalk into the Appalachians, too. But, that was before selfies. I think I have some camera pix of some somewhere. |

Thanx Mel but I both take classes at Quartzite Lapidary Club snd also teach there sometimes. William Holland is the bomb tho!
