Do Eagles eat Trolls. I better hide. One time when I was out on the rocks I spotted an otter on a dike eating a duck. I watched for several minutes then the otter jumped into the water and a Bald Eagle swooped down and grabbed the remains of the duck and flew off with it. Have you seen the video of the cute little precious peaceful deer eating a bird? |

Dang I wish we had about a hundred of those eagles. Feral cats are a big problem here as all kinds of folks ( aholes) like to drop them off on the ranch . I hates folks who dump their pet dogs and cats along the road or on other folks' property. Very irresponsible and cruel....Mel

Are they rare out east? They certainly tolerate people watching them fish and hunt coots/waterfowl in my experience, no problem. Mostly I see them on the Northshore but I've seen 'em in New Orleans (city) plenty... Can't say I ever saw one take a cat, they prefer the fishy stuff around here. |

No, I wouldn't say they are rare here. I have seen many. Wherever they go, they turn into celebrities. People always talk about where they have nested. |
