Thanks, Tela. At this point in time, the glittery stuff is not so important to me. We will be trying out a new (to us) dry washer, that DH has made modifications to. Have not tried it at home, it will be trial by fire, lol. I know the area is full of pretty, shiny rocks, many of them fossils. No gold, no problem! I'll be bringing a bunch of rocks home!

Great minds think alike, huh? EXCEPT, it is a beached old ship, ran aground, no mast and spider web sails (what there are of them, anyway),so not sailing anywhere, lol. Probably full of pirate skeletons and ghosts . I may have been unduly influenced by the third (?) Pirates of the Caribbean movie, On Stranger Tides. Picturing the beached ship, Johnny Depp and those relentless marching crabs.
It looks as much like an old sailing ship as the Phantom Ship in Crater Lake, maybe more so.
Congrats, Randy on finally having a VISION!
I always stare at them like I'm trying to figure out one of those Magic Eye stereograms. And come up with nothing.
Actually, I CAN see the images in those^. Can You???

Bottle nosed dolphin Yes, it is a dolphin. The monochromatic look did make it harder than some others.

Thank you, Randy. Fruitful, as in finding lots of gold? Or pretty rocks? Maybe both? Wouldn't that be nice?
I realize I haven't posted a trip report from the last prospecting trip in October to Twentynine Palms (Mojave). Got a bunch of pics from the last tumble I did, as well. Too much stuff going on!!!
And if this upcoming trip isn't enough, mrrockpicker wants to go back out there the day after TG (TG at home with dad and family). Can ya see why I'm wondering about affording to go to Q? Playing it by ear, lol.

Yes, it is a dolphin. The monochromatic look did make it harder than some others. I need my glasses checked. It looked like a hedgehog to me😂

A little late due to work, but I see a little log cabin on the prairie. A very cold day. Fire is going strong, too strong. One window is open to allow the smoke to come out. Love the stone and the wrap

I see a ship in the wrap also, I also see an old church with a high steeple on a prairie of yellow flowers at dusk.
I see a deep dolphin in the other. I can't usually see those, but that one came in just a few seconds.

My very first "see" was a dark and sad post-apocalyptic scene - it's a wasted land and there's a dark-on-dark silhouette of a figure walking towards a lone tree on a hill - maybe the last tree in existence. Good thing I didn't chime in before you sold it - you might have lowered the price

I am with Rich, a nice cab and wrap. Really nice.
I am disturbed by our fearless leader's post apocalyptic vision.

OK I can see the depth of it, it's super deep. But I can't tell what it is. That's is probably the deepest one I've seen. X2
