Don’t know, but it is a beautiful piece! Thank you Pat. Someone wants to sell it to me for $100. Thought that was crazy high so thought I’d ask y’all.

Did you check eBay, or some of the RTH dealer sites?

melhill1659, my personal opinion based on comparisons of other material offered for sale, would be in the range of $50-$60. If the slab was 100% usable it might be worth $100 but at least a third of it is included or not attractive. Good luck with it.

I'm thinking 60 to 75.00 It's not 100.00 quality.

I agree with gemfeller and rockjunquie. I paid $50 a year and a half ago for a modest-sized 9 mm slab that, after removing the rind, yielded about 3 x 1.5 inches of very high quality charoite. That one is lower quality but larger so I think that they're on target.

I've seen similar rough go for $100/lb. I'd say $0.20/gram is fair.

From what I've seen at the shows I'd put it in the $50 to $60 range.

I was going by fair prices on eBay. Some people get crazy with the prices because it's so hard to come by.

I was going by fair prices on eBay. Some people get crazy with the prices because it's so hard to come by. From what I can gather she gave me great deals on the other slabs so if it’s a little high it’s all good. Plus she has access to really hard stones to find.

based on the quality which is low to mid grade 40 would be a fair price may get higher in the auction setting though That's basically what I was saying but Roy said it much more gracefully I've found that it all kind of evens out in the end. We pay a bit too much on some things and get many others for an absolute steal.
