hi all -----i got 5lb on ebay kim 5 small chunks acouple dif patterns and colors,, i been goin nutts last few days wit all the stuff goin on so i tried to do a rough shape and i feel alittle better now hahaha-- i slabed up one chunk

That is some great lookig stuff John. I love it. You remember who you got it from? That is a great Cab too John. You get those angles by hand on your grinder? They are real straight and they look perfect. Great Job Buddy! I'm still waithing for that grinder/saw/Lap to come up. I'm still in my Dremel mode. Hopefully I can unload a few of those soon. Keep at it buddy, it's great therapy!

thanks guys---yea banjo thats just the first rough grind on 100 gt wheel i find its easeyer to grind angles then to try and cut them but thats me im prob doin it backwards hahaha--heres who i got it from cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2257533658&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:ITi got this a week or so ago befor i got the letter from the lawyer,, im on a stricked no buyin anything mode right now im hopein to get my truck fixed befor it all comes apart i might be movin to the shore sooner then i wanted too

that does look like some great stuff, sands. i cut something up similar to that color today, some slabs i got from Brett. (thanks again, Brett).
i like that little sneaky piece in the first picture of that nice little cab of snowflake obsidian. nice shape there.

Nice stuff Johnny. Have you seen willow creek picture jasper? I love the stuff so much, I just bought 25 lbs of it from the gem shop.

John, that is really beautiful. Great job on the cabs! You are just getting better and better at those freeform cabs. Do you have plans for what you are going to do with all of them that you have cut? Or is the joy in the cutting?
