Awesome job on your first batch!! I can't believe the shine. Your photography skills are commended also. How do you take such great pictures? The lighting on the first picture is outstanding, you can see the depth of the shine on just about all of the stones. Keep up the good work!! I am planning to tumble a load of quartz that I picked up in Arkansas after seeing your results.

How do you take such great pictures?

If it hadn't been for having a digital camera, I would have never gotten pics I thought were presentable. I must have taken over 100 before I finally considered them acceptible. Took them outside where I sat and waited until a thin cloud would dim the lights. LOL I was just lucky that the conditions were finally right. Spent a lot of time looking through the lens and turning rocks to get them where they didn't pick up the glare.
