Hi All, On my trip to Arkansas in August, I bought a bunch of rock at some of the local rock shops. Some of the rocks were named, but some were on a table for so much a pound. I found this interesting rock and polished some that I broke off. I love blues and this rock has it. If anyone has any ideas on what this may be, I would appreciate it. I would like to get more, but I don't know what it is... Duh. It is about a 7 or 8 on the MOH's scale. It also has vugs containing drusy, clear and cinnamon. Thanks [glow=blue,2,300]Brett[/glow]

hard to tell from the pictures, but it kinda looks like that Porcelain Jasper that Sandsman had, what ever it is, it is NEAT looking stuff!!!! love to see what it slices up into!

I like it! I want some! When you find out what it is, I'll definately go looking for some. I've seen Flint Ridge flint that has coloring like that, but, who knows?

I'm not positive but it "may" be Ohio flint. It looks somewhat like the rock in the center of this pic. Tom
