When I first saw it the first thing that popped into my head was a big party....and they are celebrating Carnival in Brazil this weekend!!!!

just as a reminder, as the Year of the Rooster dawns (tomorrow), i'll be having one (if not both) of my cabojohns with me in the dentist chair. as i will still be quite out of things still at 8pm, i will post the vote poll thread Thursday (february 10th) at NOON.

Krazy, good luck with the DR who puts chips in your teeth. I surely wish you well.
It went well for me, I am still not out of the eating Yogurt yet, but it is getting better.
Bring a lot of safety pins. I was told Drs, when they put you to sleep, sometimes check other things to put chips covertly in effect.
Be careful, and May the Floyd, and the Stones be with you.
It also helps if you growl at the people and tell them you eat raw Inuit liver when provoked. I did that, and they started dropping things, the head nurse broke the chair and they told me to go home and come back later.
When I went back, they motioned for me to keep quiet and just sit. It worked out, here I am. And....all my chips are burned out!

oh, this isn't as drastic as you, Doc, i'm just a REAL wussie when it comes to dental work so i need drugs to keep me from puncturing the upholstry with what fingernails i have left and/or replacing the ceiling tiles everytime i am in the dentist office.
this is more or less gum surgery in an effort to keep the teeth i have now. this will be the last of five sessions (i hope). now that i have double mojo power stones it should go OK. my dentist is pretty cool and i don't think he is affliated with the electricals. he didn't know waht "lapidary" meant, so i enlightened him.

That is real good. Dental work sucks, but if you can find a dentist that is not one of them, the work they do in an humanitarian way is great. I can say, first hand as a new chopper person, they are not all that great. Cosmetically it makes a difference in the shop with first impressions, and they hurt less than they did when the older ones were still real.
I have a lot of folks here that have had choppers for ten, twenty, thirty five years. They say they do not notice the difference anymore. That gives me real hope.
I hope your dentist is not one of them. One of the ways to tell, is if he has a red G string. That is one of their uniforms. Ask him if he has a red G String, and look to see if he has those eliptical girly man glasses. He has sold out, and if he puts you to sleep he puts a brain worm in your ear canal and puts chips in your teeth.
If he has those girly glasses, and goes And Um, just tell him you eat Inuit liver fresh from the carcass!
Have a nice quiet place to recover. It helps to be in the dark, or semi dark. Do not try to drink coffee before the Novacaine wears off, it stains things.

What a gorgeous piece of work! The "eye" and the bands remind me of some of Picasso's famous painitings, so in his honor, I'm going with "PICASSO EYE".
