To me too it looks like something volcanic,

I have seen the colourful palette here in NZ as well as in Yellowstone.

So I call it :"Volcanic Palette" so many colours bubbling up with the different minerals . Hissing and spluttering away day and night .

Some folks have the knack for seeing stuff in the stone, but that's because they have so much luck in producing some very spectacular stones. If I put up one of my stones for naming, everyone would be calling them "what the hell did you do to that poor stone?"

I'm not changing my name of this gorgeous cab to this by the way - this is just what someone would call mine. *sigh*
