Sorry to hear about the cold and snow. We got home from our camping trip Sunday and found a sign that Spring is on the way. Camelias

jasoninsd and MsAli and anyone else in the arctic blast range - y'all stay warm!
I remember those kinds of winters. The worst one was I can remember was in the early 80's sometimes. It was around -30 below with -50 windchills. I had to wait for a bus to get to the "El" and then wait for that to get downtown and then walk to my office. It was like that for a week. Thought I was gonna die.

I noticed this cloud was just folding into itself. Within moments, it was gone. Just ran across an explanation for this online, recently occurring in South Florida. NASA highlights rare holes in sky over South Florida... proof the sky is falling"Fallstreak holes form when super-cooled water droplets freeze, getting to heavy to stay suspended in high-level clouds. WEATHER.US Well, I think that pretty well explains it!

Someone got a new "lamb-ee" today. Wonderful! How long did it take for your doggo to do a surgical "squeakerectomy" on lamb-ee-kins? LOL! It's always the first thing my girls (yes, they were all girls) did with a new toy!

It's always the first thing my girls (yes, they were all girls) did with a new toy! LOL - He's gotten pretty good about "not" taking them out. When we first got him, he'd have the squeekies out in less than five minutes! I started to tell him not to "eat" them...just "chew" them. He actually picked up on what I was telling him. Now he'll accidently break them because of his bite strength, but doesn't pick them out anymore. That brown thing in the second pic is a reindeer. He loves that one. He's so gentle with it, it's hilarious. (Of course, now that I've praised him on here, I'll probably look down tomorrow and see that white lamby has been shredded! LOL)

Doncha know it! We haven't had any dogs for a few years now. But we have a box full of removed squeakers on a bookshelf in DH's room. He'll occasionally pull one out and squeek it a few times. Sigh...

I lived in Fresno for the past 27 years and yes I laughed at people. I will admit that is cold for there but here we would be getting out the shorts.
