Five dog tags! Interesting all that stuff stayed inside. I wonder if gators and Crocs commonly use gizzard stones? So I have a question. I am a geologist by education and profession (very lucky), but I do not possess any licenses or certifications in Crapology. You, on the other hand, have enough hands-on experience alone to be grandfathered into any crapological society/certification. Is there a way to determine whether some of those gizzard stone coprolites were not sometimes a result of a Hadrosaur pooping on a slip-off slope covered with river cobbles/pebbles? I think it's very possible and even probable in some instances. I've seen it happen numerous times back on the ranch with livestock. However, I've found so many where the stones are entirely encapsulated yet the turd has retained a pristine outer shape that I can only conclude it came out within the turd.

Was presented with a new challenge at the Opera House. A couple years ago we were given a complete stage lighting set up. I was the only volunteer who had ever used stage lighting. When the items were donated, I went through everything to see what was there. All of the control units were in new condition, in boxes with packing materials. There are: 4 adjustable PAR light trees with gel frames. Similar to this. 4 DMX controller boxes. 1 Eurolight master control board. 6 DMX connection cords. About 50 assorted gels. Yesterday our President and I decided to make sure that everything worked. He knows nothing about stage lighting, so I was trying to explain what everything did. Good news is that all works, for the most part. One of the PAR lights was missing and another was burnt out. A few bolts/nuts were missing. We decided on tentative locations for two of the trees. Need to determine how to connect the DMX boxes to the trees. Now I need to read the manuals to determine how to set specific functions for the lights. Has anyone here used this type of lighting set up? Everything is from the early 2000's.

Now I'm wondering if they eat rocks to aid digestion, or for ballast, or ? I would guess it was for digestion. If chickens need rocks to digest food, then why not dinos?

I am unfamiliar with the anatomy of dinos. Curious why dinos would need ballast? Counter balance?

Thanks. I have more recent info/knowledge about sound boards/systems than lighting.

Just another day up nort Ughhh! I can go another 8 months before seeing that again. Sorry you guys haven't warmed up enough just yet. Thanks. I have more recent info/knowledge about sound boards/systems than lighting. I don't remember who it was, but someone was posting about tumbling glass and they said they worked in the light booth at a theatre. They did a thread showing their workplace. I'm not sure this is helpful since I can't remember who it was now...but maybe this'll jog someone's memory...

I remember reading that that thread about the tumbled glass.
