No excuses on my behalf. I figured you were limping along using a lap or single wheel. You are certainly due a full fledged cab machine. Please tell that Viking I said hello.

I give up On the phone they are correct and on the computer they are sideways I believe the forum shows all pictures in landscape mode on a pc, so if you take the picture in portrait mode (say with a phone, upright) the forum assumes that the longest side is the width and orients the photo as such.
Try taking a photo with your phone sideways and see if that works for you.

I just got the note 10+ so it may be some setting on the phone It actually has to do with EXIF data attached to the image. If the site you post it on can read it properly or not. EXIF data attached to the file contains information on orientation, date, location, and many other parameters.
If the site you post on cannot read the data, it defaults to displaying the image in "normal" orientation for a given device (phone may display different than a pc even).
Normal as defined by site makers and photographers is wider than long, or landscape.
Cameras (not phones, unless held sideways, or like a normal camera) take images and video in landscape mode, so they decided that was how pictures should be taken. You may even walk away from this info going like: "well, that's stupid", and I would not blame you one bit.
Not all devices attach the pertinent EXIF data to an image, so every person's experience may not be the same on this. I know TapaTalk works just fine on my Moto Z Force Droid when it comes to posting pictures, yet your Note does not which tells me there is a problem with the EXIF data not being there, or not being correct, causing the website you upload it to to default to "normal" orientation.
One way around it, is to crop the image a little bit when uploading it. Or even just change it's file name and save it. This will add new, and hopefully correct, EXIF data to the image.
