I always thought only of large scenic patterns in Montanas - until a few years ago when a vendor at our show had smaller cabs for sale. They were some of the nicest little stones (maybe 14x10 and smaller) I have ever seen!
That one experience gave me a whole new appreciation for Montanas. If you don't mind cutting small ones, and have a market for earring stones and sets, it's a great way to work around the internal flaws that sometimes show up in Montana Agate. I've never seen any other small cabs that impressed me more than those.
