Thanks Mike ! I should explain a little That white chalcedony has really cool bluish hue I cut the prase with the matrix Which is allright I like the matrix breakup I should have included some matrix in the chalcedony To even out the combo I’ll get a picture later of the other side of the heart Which will make things clearer...

The slab of blue hue half was cut from I should have included, or not ground off, Some of that brown matrix on the edge Brian identified this rock from the heart As polka dot chalcedony He’s exactly right so darn good And now I’ve got a clue As the other side will show Stay tunE

Here one inspired by Evan With the nice contoured edge On the curvy heart he created It was router smooth I was like: how does he do that! I’ve always had difficulty contouring the edge Usually I just go straight on But I wanted to try So I slapped together These 2 softer stones and tried it on this heart I like the effect all down the edge It could be better But it gives the heart different appearance Not sure if I got the patience on agates But I will try a few This picture is cropped close So the heaer t looks large Plus the picture is flipped I had to take the picture upside down To keep my shadow out of the shot But its tad over pendant penny heart The mohs also has other woes w/ his pre-frilled holes lately My Gryphon bit is wore out And I’m not getting a deep wide groovy pin hole to drill the poxy & poxying the pin is the hardest thing I’m not sure the pin will hold on this heart Its 1/16" pin stem nottatomuch heart failure Not sure any of this makes sense? But what else is there to do While trying avoid the common cold Thanks Evan and all For looking in …

Because I’m board But I did just poxied up a heart Woo hoo
Ya see tho Yesterday I discovered that I put the caps on wrong tubes of the DevCom Expaoxy , Never did that before! They are cemented shut grumble
But I had back up plan. At Lonnie’s Jewelry Supply the other day & I noticed that they had got in E-330. Well the DevCon was working so I just took note of that. Save money ya know
Well now I’m all out of fresh poxy. So I drove over to Lonnie’s to purchase the E-330. Closed! Virus crap, Now what?
Well I have some very old E-330 as back up. Plus I have tube E-6000 if thing get really serious Anyway I poxied up this heart with the old E-330. It will be fine. Those tubes of epoxy last a long time.
O yeah I also purchased a real cheap Dremel Tool at Harbor Freight. To help with zipping the grooves. I really put in deep wide groove on this latest heart. So drilling my pre-frilled hole should be no problemo. Still poxying the pin is hardest darn thing
Anyway I should have all the supplies I need for the rest of this season, which traditionally ends June 12th …
Thanks for mohsying by…..
