My last batch ran 3 weeks in AO- and i was very dissapointed in it- so much so that I have not even taken any pics yet- THe shine is just not there (well it is on some of the bubblegum agates) The Ocean Jasper just does not want to shine like I think it should! I have the entire batch sitting on the couch waiting for some one to do something with it (my wife keeps going through it saying- this is nice this is nice) I want a James shine (or now a KD shine) and I got a Stefan shine (much duller) This batch ran for 15 weeks and has left me flat!

What I loooove about KD's rocks, apart from the shine, is the SHAPE! I want rocks like that! But, OH, what I could do with nice shaped rocks like that!! *my kingdom for rocks shaped like that!*

Tweet it is pretty easy to shape them like that- KD just cuts them (or in this case the scrap from those cuts) Get yourself a small trim saw and go at it- Even a small 4 inch trim saw will allow you to cut up slabs and thinner rocks- and the 4 inch saws are way under $100- heck even my 7 inch tile saw was only $77 bucks NEW! I thought you were getting a saw?

Stefan, I wanted it! but I have nowhere that little fingers wouldn't get cut! My dad had a little scroll saw & my 5 year old was cutting stuff on it! He thinks he's invincible (it comes from having Dean Cain as his father) and he would think that he could play with it - BUT I could ask my dad if I could keep it at his house... Hmmm now if only I could get the cash!

Tweet my saw has a switch lock! You pull ot this little plastic key and the switch won't work (course then you gotta make sure you dont lose that) Diamond blades are not sharp when they are still- and I've bumped mine with my finger when it is running and it did not cut me (more of a brush burn feeling) Good luck!
