For all you Rockhounds that are also White Water Rafters. This is the Cossatot River {stands for skullcrusher}, a class 5 whitewater river. A gentle little stream now, but come when it rains:

No rain and it's a great place to look for rocks. After it rains, you can see debris in the trees 30 ft. up. I ran out of battery before I got to the big rocks. At the start, they are as big as houses.
Arkansas really is beautiful. We have 51 state parks, and now that we are officially retired, I hope to see them all.
