Let's see if I can do this wo making mistakes this morning, harder than I thought... I'd encourage folks to guess, it's not as hard as it looks, getting to be plenty of clues.

My guess is Q U A R T Z ! 2 of the six are there but quartz is really LARRY , that would also score two of the six
Obviously, my tastes are different than yours, lol. But you have the benefit of being able to see these rocks in the flesh, indeed, you had intimate contact with them when you collected them.
I'll go out on a limb here and say the one I got right was J?
ETA - That was a joke, I didn't even pick J, lol. This first time!

Well, that went quicker than I thought. Thanks to everyone for playing, Hope you got to closely look at some bits and pcs from the Hampton Butte area. Known best for its green petrified wood, but there usually seems to be a wide variety of agate & asper.
Harder than one thinks to come up with a not too long, not too short contest, drop enough hints not to bore everyone but give everyone a chance... Hopefully it'll inspire the next go round... I think I got it. R,A,J,S,E,P yeah, someone figured it out... victor1941 So you can both pm me your address, let me know if you'd rather just tumbler sized, or I can throw in a few larger 'cuttable' sized pcs.
