Finally got my Apache Tears done! Got these from Banjo last year and wish I'd have gotten more. Basic Recipe 2 weeks 60/90 9 days 120/200 9 days 500 2 weeks AO Polish Odd days are due to being gone. Hoping to get a couple of pendant / earring sets from these. Thanks again Banjo, I just love these things. Thanks for looking, Cher PS ... I ran these with pellets from the get go.

GOD I HATE THIS SITE!!!! Every time I see these pictures it makes me go out and buy more rocks!! Then I look at my storage space and see all the piles of rocks that are waiting to be tumbled. When will the madness end??
Those are just fantastic!!! You definitely James'd em. Awesome job, very impressive. Very good pictures as well.

Thanks JC. You're in Colorado so that's not too far away, you need to head down to Superior, AZ. Banjo said he picked up a bucket full in a few hours down there. But then you could also contact Banjo and see if he still has some he might be willing to sell you.

WOW WEEE! Check out that shine! Great batch cher! Any fractures? Certainly doesn't look like it... but you could have burried them

No fractures at all. Only thing I've found is one little tiny scratch in one of them. Hmmm I need to edit that first post and fix the recipe.

OMG OMG! Those are amazing - they look like liquid silver! Good thing you were dressed when taking those pictures cuz I think someone would have deleted your pictures due to the pornographic pics on the rocks!

Nice Cher! Really awesome shine, pellets from day 1 are definately the key to getting them to look like yours!

LOL Tweet, get your mind out of the gutter girl, that's my arm!! It's just distorted by the shape of the stone. *smile* I was wearing a black t-shirt but had to go take a closer look at the full size pics. I can see my camera and even my wedding ring in one of them.

Beautiful rocks. Great pics too. Like balls of mercury that don't run together.

Those apache tears are blinding, Cher! You've done Banjo rock proud.
I was at the Detroit Gem and Mineral show today. Dealers were selling tumbled stone exhibiting many of the faults critcized and avoided by members of this board - pits, fractures, etc. Some of the prices they were asking seemed exhorbitant too. (Is $4 for a single, standard size blue lace agate reasonable?)
You all have spoiled me when it comes to standards (and I'm grateful)!

You out did yourself Cher those are way beyond fantastic. I passed up go-zillions of those last week in Christmas Valley. I think it'll be worth the trip back just for the Apache tears!
Thanks for showing us these beautiful stones Cher!
