This is usually a very nice show with sellers from across the USA.

Yes, I have been there before.
I did have off work that day, but since I have missed work due to being sick lately, my day off was cancelled.

Schedule changed and I am not working. Was thinking about setting up a couple of tables with slabs, rough rocks and jewelry.
Now, weather does not look good. Many who come do not have tents. Just set up tables and/or sell from back of vehicles.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8am, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 8am and 2pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 82. South wind 7 to 11 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
I will check RADAR and make the decision whether or not to go, or when to go.

I arrived at about 10:30. There were fewer vendors than the 2019 show, but about 4 times the amount of browsers when I arrived. Took this photo just before leaving. The theme of the day seemed to be boxes for sale and trailers of rough rocks. There were boxes of slabs, rough and mixed. Also bags/boxes of tumbled stones. Some tables with just crystal specimens. Only one vendor with equipment/supplies, but their prices seemed reasonable. A random table of slabs, crystals, rough and cabs. I spoke with the vendor. She said people were buying like crazy, so they were not negoeating prices as they usually did. I spent some time talking with a couple who had some copper fire brick slabs. They said that sometimes when they cut the fire bricks it exposes numbers. The brick slabs were out of my budget, but thought others might like to see them. I did purchase a fire brick cab from them, as the price was right. There was only one vendor with equipment/supplies. The prices for these seemed reasonable. In the end I purchased some items that were too good to pass up. Stayed well below my limited budget. More vendors were arriving to set up when I was leaving. Some waited until after the rain. I stayed for about 45 minutes, but wish I could have stayed longer.

Looks like a good turnout for people and vendors!
I take it you decided to only go as a buyer and not a seller. I chickened out because of the forecast and the fact that I blew out my work shoes this week and needed to spend some money on some new shoes instead.
I will keep an eye out for that show next year.
Is there any other rock show you know of for the remainder of this year?
Any more pics of the stuff you purchased at the show, besides the slabs you posted in the other thread. Though, I would enjoy more pictures of those as well.

I could not sell, as I was under Dr. restrictions for what I could do. Wish I could have taken more pics, as there was a nice variety. I did not buy much. On a very strict budget at the moment. The yard sale person I have been getting items was not there. He said he as going to be there, so maybe something happened. Will keep an eye out for other shows in WI and let you know stewdogg.
