Sure. The brand is Art Resin, it’s a 2 part epoxy resin with exceptional clarity. it has a unmixed shelf life of 1 year from date of manufacture. You can order directly from art resin and get really fresh product. It also works to stabilize material as Paul has documented here. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/thread/95478/stabilizing-breakthroughWhen heated there is a very slight smell but you have to be close to smell it. It is certified nontoxic when used as directed. Working time is 1 hour. Cure time is 12 hours or if in the oven at 170° 2 hours. Heat really helps remove the bubbles.

knave Evan are you the one that's turning out the mahogany obsidian knapping flakes? Somehow I missed this. I told a white lie. They were flakes that we got when we busted up a large chunk for tumbling.

Are you happy with the size of these molds (the rounds in particular)? We had planned on doing something similar as we have a ton of finished smalls that we need to do something with. The molds we got have a small ID inside the lip and would only work with pretty narrow glasses so we put the project on hold for now.

The hexagon and the square are very generously sized. Todays coffee cups are large. The round and the heart are both smaller. Like the bottom of a red solo cup would work but not much more

The heart is large but can’t accept a larg cup

I decided to try this. Art Resin is ordered. I have many small sized silicon cupcake/candy molds that should work for pendants/earrings. Here is one. Have a good supply of stone chips/dust. This should be fun.
